Profile
Hello!
Hi there — I’m Kathleen, a certified end-of-life planner and death doula with a passion for all things death. That might sound morbid, but honestly, since diving headfirst into this work, I’ve never felt so joyful, purposeful, and present. It sounds like a paradox, but I truly believe that when we talk about death, explore our feelings, and make plans for the end of life, we actually get to live more fully.
I received my death doula certification through the Going with Grace program and have since become NEDA-proficient as well as a certified death doula through the American Clinicians Academy on Medical Aid in Dying. I’m also a trained hospice volunteer.
I offer my doula services through The Everafter Collective, where I work directly with individuals and families to provide end-of-life support, planning, and presence.
At the same time, Die All Ready is my passion project and educational platform — a space for activism, storytelling, and cultural change. My goal is to inspire people, especially the young and healthy, to start these conversations now rather than waiting until crisis strikes.
My hope is that Die All Ready will grow into a movement — helping people see death not as something to fear, but as an invitation to live with more intention, honesty, and joy.
Let’s make planning for death a normal part of life.

First things first, I am NOT a lawyer. But I still remember our first meeting with our estate planner. She was lovely and warm, and then started asking a LOT of questions I wasn’t prepared for. This service is to help you get familiar with the estate planning process and the kinds of questions you’ll need have answers to.
